Contacts – Getting started

Quickly add a contact within a quote:

  1. Start typing the name or email into the ‘To’ field.
  2. Hit ‘New contact’.
  3. Enter a first name, last name and email address. You can optionally add a company name.
  4. Hit ‘Create contact’.

Managing contacts in Quotient under Contacts.

Add a new contact:

  1. Hit 'New contact'.
  2. A contact can be a Person or a Company (click to change).
  3. Enter all relevant details.
  4. Hit 'Create contact'.

When viewing a contact you can:

  • View all quotes sent to that particular contact.
  • Archive (via 'Actions').
  • Delete & merge with another contact (via 'Actions').
