Subscriptions, for Repeating Costs

If you are the sort of business that charges ongoing costs (that's great business!), you may wish to present these as two different totals on your quote, in order to make it super clear to your customer.

A typical example of this in use would be a web developer who quotes a one-off cost to build the website and a repeating cost to host the website.

How to apply a subscription to an item:

  1. When editing an item, select 'Subscription – repeating cost' (under 'Options').
  2. Choose a term: week, month or year. Optionally change the "every" value (default is '1').
  3. Optionally add a duration. Use this if the pricing is based on a specific length of time.

You'll see an additional total display for your new subscription.
